Commence un document.
Liste de paramètres

Uniquement pour les appels procéduraux. La ressource XMLWriter qui a été modifiée. Cette ressource provient d'un appel à xmlwriter_open_uri() ou xmlwriter_open_memory().
- version

Le numéro de version du document dans la déclaration XML. Par défaut, ce paramètre vaut 1.0.
- encoding
-
L'encodage du document dans la déclaration XML. NULL par défaut.
- standalone
-
yes ou no. NULL par défaut.
Valeurs de retour
Cette fonction retourne TRUE en cas de succès, FALSE en cas d'échec.
