Tcpwrap est actuellement disponible dans PECL » http://pecl.php.net/package/tcpwrap.
Si » PEAR est disponible sur votre système compatbilte Unix, vous pouvez utiliser l'installateur PEAR pour installer l'extension tcpwrap, avec la commande suivante : pear -v install tcpwrap.
Vous pouvez toujours télécharger le tar.gz et installer tcpwrap à la main :

gunzip tcpwrap-xxx.tgz tar -xvf tcpwrap-xxx.tar cd tcpwrap-xxx phpize ./configure && make && make install
